Interview of Tyreek Hill

Tyreek Hill, the wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, in a recent interview with Sports Radio 810 WHB, revealed his plans of leaving the NFL by the year 2025. His exact words were:

‘I’m going for 10, man. I’m gonna finish out this contract with the Dolphins and then I’m gonna call it quits,”

Moreover, he showed interest in joining the business side of the game after retiring from the NFL.

“I want to go into the business side, I want to do so many things in my life, bro.’

“So, I really want to get into like the gaming space, I really want to get huge in that and that’s kind of what I’m doing right now. I’m using my platform, creating a gaming team that hasn’t launched yet.”

This news has shocked NFL fans to the core. Being a 29-year-old athlete, who is at the peak of his career, and wants to quit at this stage is really shocking to everyone. But Tyreek Hill has clearly shown his intentions of getting retired after the 2025 season. It still gives him 3 seasons of NFL to showcase his talent.  Hill’s remarkable speed and athletic ability have made him one of the most electrifying players in the NFL Streams.

Tyreek Hill was drafted in NFL Draft 2016 by the Kansas City Chiefs. Hill’s speed and athleticism were an asset to Kansas City that has helped the Chiefs to achieve remarkable victories. He really enjoyed his six years span at the Chiefs. But last year Hill signed a contract for four years with the Dolphins. According to this contract, Hill will receive $120 million, making him the first non-quarterback in the history of the NFL to earn $30 million per season.

Since the start of his career in the NFL, he is now ranking third in receiving touchdowns, fourth in receptions, and fourth in yards per reception. Five times he has recorded more than 1,100 receiving yards in his career. He also has the 9th highest average in the NFL of 77.2 receiving yards per game.

Will Miami Dolphins Miss their Star Receiver Tyreek Hill?

Tyreek Hill and his fellow player Jaylen Waddle have formed one of the best one-two receiving duos in the NFL league. They have helped Miami Dolphins build one of the most dynamic offenses in the NFL games. He added 7 receiving touchdowns in the Dolphins. With all his performances Miami will surely miss Hill being there.

Even the Kansas City Chiefs still have not recovered from Hill’s loss although they have won the Super Bowl this season.

Is Tyreek Hill Really Going to Take Retirement in 2025?

Although he has shown his intentions of getting retired his contract with the Dolphins will end by 2026. With a final season base salary of $43.9 million leaving on the table behind and getting retired seems insane. He might change his mind but for now, as per his words, he will leave the NFL after the 10th season. However, it will somehow be a poetic coincidence that a player wearing a No. 10 jersey will end his career after 10 years.

But for now, you can watch all his matches live on NFLBITE and NFL STREAMS. There are still three years to enjoy his performance.
