Pre-Requirements:

A recommended custom recovery like TWRP or CWM should be used to back up your data and settings prior to beginning the installation guide.

Set up the LG Nexus 4 USB Drivers for Windows Computer.

Go to Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging and check the USB Debugging option on the LG Nexus 4.

1 : Download the XOSP Android 7.1.2 Nougat ROM and Google Apps package to your computer’s desktop from the aforementioned hyperlinks, and then install it.

2: Use a USB data cable to connect your Nexus 4 to your computer.

3 : The downloaded files should be transferred to your mobile device.

4: Then, turn off your device and remove it from your PC after you’ve copied the files.

5: Enter recovery mode by shutting down your phone or tablet.
